How do I access MySQL database using Sun Java System ASP

We prefer you use a DSN-less connection for connecting to MySQL DBs. DSN-less connections don't require the creation of an ODBC DSN. DSN-less connections specify the driver name and all driver-specific information in the connection string,
just like the example below.

Use Server=localhost as far as possible.
