Do you offer money back guarantee ?

 We don't offer the industry standard 30-day money back guarantee. What we offer is any time money back guarantee, in otherwords pro-rated refund, excluding the transaction fee and tax of 12.36%  We are offering this for two reasons,

  1. "If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your payment, you may cancel your account and receive your payment for that month". This is what you will be offered by 90% of our competitors in the industry. After 2 months of hosting, you see too much downtime for your site and you wanted to switch hosts. You ask your hosts for the refund and you are on their mercy. Some good hosts, say 10% of them will offer you the pro-rated refund, but the rest will refuse saying that you are out of 30 days guarantee period.
  1. It may not always be your current host's fault that you would want to cancel the account. May be that you found a host which can offer you better service ? May be that you switched your type of business. We at eGlueWeb, offers pro-rated refund simply because you want it.
