What is eGlueWeb's refund policy?

Hosting solutions

Yes. For shared hosting solutions, we provide you refund. However as explained below, it is different from the normal refund policy offered by other hosts. We believe the refund policy we follow is a better one.

We don't offer the default 30-day money back guarantee. What we offer is pro-rated refund, excluding the transaction fee and tax of 12.36%. If you need us to move you to your new host (we will be ashamed of ourselves), do ask us and we will do it for free, after review by our Quality department. Response from Quality department will be fast enough and if it is not, let the management know by emailing, mgement@eGlueWeb.com.

Again, for dedicated hosting solutions, we dont provide any pro-rated refund. And hence we have only given monthly payment options while ordering dedicated hosting solutions. If you want to cancel your dedicated hosting plan, you have to cancel it before starting a new payment period.

Web Development and Designing Solutions

In normal cases, we dont offer any refund for web development and designing. We usually start the designing and development work after receiving 50% of the total quote. For some reason, if you would need to cancel the order, you need to let us know in the very first week of transaction. Once reviewed, we will be refunding the payment after deducting the man hours already spent on the project.
