Pro-rated refund is a special money back offer from eGlueWeb. Unlike other web hosts who offer only a 30-day money back guarantee, we offer pro-rated refund. We refund money for unsatisfied customers after deducting the charges, like payment gateway fees and purchases like SSL, Domain registration.
We offer pro-rated refund for our different shared hosting plan holders. We don’t offer this pro-rated refund for monthly payments. And we actually recommend you to opt for monthly payments/subscriptions, especially when you start with a new host (including us) and move on to discounted rates after one or two months only after you find that your host is reliable. Again, for dedicated hosting solutions, we don’t provide any pro-rated refund. And hence we have only given monthly payment options while ordering dedicated hosting solutions. If you want to cancel your dedicated hosting plan, you have to cancel it before starting a new payment period.
Pro-rated refund is calculated per month. If you have opted for 24 months plan whose rate is $6.95 and like to cancel in the 7th month of hosting, you will be pro-rated at the rate of $8.95 per month, which is the price of hosting, when pre-paid for 6 months. But if you cancel at 5th month, the refund will be calculated by subtracting the unused hosting period at the rate of $9.95 per month from the prepaid lumpsum amount.
All refundable addons will be refunded at its purchased rate.
If the request is made on or before the 15th of a month, refund will include the amount for that month as well. Any requests made after 15th will not be considered and the hosting fee for that month will be deducted. In such cases, though we will be providing the refund, we will be deleting the account only by the 1st of next month. For the first month of hosting with us, this rule applies only if you are canceling the account for a valid reason acceptable to eGlueWeb management. |

| We don't offer the default 30-day money back guarantee. What we offer is pro-rated refund, excluding the transaction fee and tax of 12.2%. If you need us to move you to your new host (we will be ashamed of ourselves), do ask us and we will do it for free, after review by our Quality department. Response from Quality department will be fast enough and if it is not, let the management know by emailing, mgmt@eGlueWeb.com. |

We guarantee one hour response time and 6 hour resolution time but most of the tickets will be answered in less than 15 minutes time, and resolved in maximum of 1 hour. The customers can contact supervisors@eglueweb.com if their ticket is not resolved in 6 hours time and if the issue is unresolved in 12 hours time they can write directly to the management at mgmt@eglueweb.com.
This 6 hour resolution time is for normal support queries. Requests for account moves, script upgrades and installations may take upto 48 hours for completion though we will update you every 6 hours on its progress. |
